"A residence with an elegant mix between present and past"
For this rehabilitation project, we conserved several valuable elements such as the red marble floors, the stone cladding of the main staircase, its wrought iron railings, etc. It allowed us to have a powerful base and, at the same time, renovate the look of the building with contemporary elements such as furniture, decorative lighting, black and white photo murals. We incorporate ceramic rugs in the living room areas, to define more intimate spaces in this large multi-purpose common area. We installed a composition of boxes at the end of the room to use as book shelves. Finally, we kept a neutral style in the rooms, prioritizing functionality and comfort.
